On top of that our guide is full of great tips and tricks for eating better and loosing weight. And -BONUS- following our guide will help you offset the binges, whether they be daily, weekly or every once in a while.

Overall, it's an easy to incorporate (even though it looks like a lot) daily routine that will have you feeling and looking better in no time!

About Us

In 2004 Mr. Code Monkey and Ms. Code Monkey began collaborating on a project. Mr. Code Monkey was intrigued by Ms. Code Monkey's data analysis and ridiculously simple approach to healthy living. Ms. Code Monkey was equally drawn in by Mr. Code Monkey's intuitive approach to coding. The two were elated to find another Shomer Shabbes geek. As it happened, Mr. Code Monkey and Ms. Code Monkey found more interesting ways to spend their time together. A few short years later, Ms. Code Monkey became Mrs. Code Monkey.

As for the initial project? Well, you'll have to stop in for a cup of coffee if you want that story.
